MultiCare Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving and well-supported behavioral health team. This role will primarily support the Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program delivering field-based care to adults (ages 1859) facing serious behavioral health and substance use challenges.
Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program provides outreach-based treatment services to individuals with serious behavioral health challenges including substance use disorder (SUD). This multidisciplinary teams can provide SUD medical rehabilitative and peer services in the field to individuals who lack consistent access to these vital services.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $158000.00 - $177000.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education.
