Job Summary
Position Overview
We are excited about the expansion of our Womens Heart and Vascular Program one of the largest of its kind nationwide which is staffed by 10 female cardiologists and two female vascular surgeons across multiple LVHN sites. The 25-year-old program focuses on the unique cardiac needs risk factors and symptoms of women who are often underrepresented in cardiac research.In preparation for a new practice location were looking to add an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to the team.
In a Cardiology CRNP position with LVHN youll experience:
- Outpatient office hours with the potential to round at a nearby hospital.
- A collaborative multidisciplinary team of 3 physicians and support staff.
- The opportunity to be a part of a growing Womens Heart Program.
Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute part of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) offers clinical educational and research excellence to provide the best cardiovascular care in eastern Pennsylvania. LVHN was the first in our region to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement to be recognized for performing mitral valve repair surgery and to treat chronic total occlusions. Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
- A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
- Experience with cardiology patients
