About the Role
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing mid-sized enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be on driving renewals identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined book of existing mid-market accounts across the Netherlands/Belgium.
- Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of AvePoints SaaS solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close in collaboration with SEs and Customer Success.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to ensure renewals.
- Develop account plans aligned with customer business goals and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing Product Support) to deliver value to customers.
- Track and report on pipeline forecast and account health using CRM tools.
What You Bring
- 5 years of B2B sales experience including 3 years in full-cycle closing roles.
- Proven success in managing and growing existing accounts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SaaS sales.
- Experience with MEDDIC Challenger or similar sales methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish (written and verbal) any other Scandinavian language is a plus.
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
