About the role

Step into a pivotal leadership role as Chief Growth Officer where youll report directly to the CEO and drive our customer growth strategy lead a nationwide team and shape the future of insurance.

Youll champion sustainable business expansion build powerful partnerships and foster a high-performance culture all while ensuring customers are treated fairly. Bringing together our external distribution partners internal advisers strategic partnerships marketing and group schemes. Youll also manage executive-level relationships with key partners and global stakeholders.

In this key role youll

Set the pace and lead our customer growth strategy to take Chubb Life NZ to #1
Build powerful partnerships and grow our adviser network across NZ
Drive innovation and boost our brand lead creative marketing campaigns and develop standout products that keep us ahead of changing customer and market needs.
Manage budgets allocate resources smartly and track key results to drive revenue growth and partnership success.
Collaborate with senior leaders align growth strategies with company goals and provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board to drive commercial success.

To be successful and grow in this role you will ideally bring the following

10 years experience in senior commercial roles including proven executive leadership
Track record of driving growth and leading high-performing results-driven teams
Expert in sales business development and forging strategic partnerships
Skilled in digital marketing brand strategy and customer acquisition
Exceptional leader a strong communicator who builds trust inspires teams and fosters collaboration
