What youll do

• Managethe installation configuration and maintenance of SAP systems ensuring optimal performance and availability.

• MonitorSAP system health performance and security implementing proactive measures to prevent issues and ensure stability.

• Performregular system backups recovery operations and disaster recovery planning to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.

• OptimizeSAP system performance through tuning resource allocation and capacity planning.

• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including developers functional consultants and business users to ensure SAP systems meet business requirements.

• Implementand maintain SAP Basis best practices including system updates patch management and kernel upgrades.

• Troubleshootand resolve complex SAP Basis issues working closely with SAP support and other technical teams to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Documenttechnical specifications system configurations and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.

• Communicatesystem status performance metrics and improvement initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders providing clear and concise updates.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience/knowledge

• 8 -12 Years of experience in SAP Basis administration with a strong focus on SAP systems management.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis components including SAP NetWeaver ABAP and SAP HANA.

• Experience with SAP system installation configuration and maintenance in both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Strong understanding of database management systems (Oracle SAP HANA SQL Server) and their integration with SAP systems.

• Certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP Basis 7.50) or similar are highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
