Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries from agents / customers across different channels such as electronic platforms inbound & outbound calls and walk-in customers.
- Resolve agents / customers dissatisfaction professionally and build long-term trust with agents / customers during the complaint case handling process.
- Provide agents with quality services to facilitate new sales and participate in the development of effective tools to facilitate holistic sales journey with ease from selling to policy administration.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma is required; professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I II & III is preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of working experience preferably in general insurance industry.
- Experience in customer services / call center is preferred.
- Knowledge of general insurance products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS applications.
