Independent Mortgage Bank (IMB) National Expansion Role
Were seeking a proven National Retail Sales Executive to drive expansion and open new retail markets across the country. This role is built for a leader who knows how to recruit talent scale production and grow branch networks with intention and speed. If you excel at building relationships identifying growth markets and attracting top-performing loan officers youll thrive here.
What Youll Lead
Build and expand our retail footprint nationwide opening new branches in strategic markets
Recruit onboard and support high-performing loan officers and branch teams
Collaborate with executive leadership to set growth targets and market penetration strategies
Identify emerging markets competitive opportunities and expansion-worthy territories
Drive a culture of high performance communication and accountability
Partner with operations and leadership to ensure successful onboarding and sustained production
What Success Looks Like
New retail branches launched and producing within target windows
Strong recruiting pipeline built and maintained
Loan officer retention and production growth quarter over quarter
Market share expansion in targeted states and regions
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience as a retail mortgage sales leader with a history of market expansion
Strong recruiting background and established network of LOs and branch managers
Proven track record opening new markets and scaling teams
Confident communicator who earns trust quickly
Strategic thinker who thrives in a growth-driven environment
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence outcomes
