What Youll Do in This Role

As a COTA with Elara Caring youll help patients rebuild the skills they need to live safely and confidently at home. Every visit is an opportunity to make progress thats personal and meaningful.

You will:

  • Implement individualized care plans created by the Occupational Therapist

  • Deliver one-on-one treatment and adjust interventions based on patient response

  • Provide education that empowers patients and caregivers long after each session

  • Partner with OTs nurses physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated high-quality care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards

  • Support patient safety and help prevent unnecessary hospitalizations

What Youll Bring to the Team

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Active unrestricted state COTA license

  • At least one year of clinical experience preferred

  • Reliable vehicle drivers license and current auto insurance

  • Ability to travel between Ann Arbor and Canton

  • Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers (50100 lbs)
