What Makes This Role Great: In this role youll be at the heart of our digital transformation directly influencing how global shippers and carriers interact by turning complex client requirements into high-performing technical logic. You arent just managing tasks; you are architecting the processes that keep global supply chains moving efficiently within a truly international and cross-functional environment.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Transformation: Drive the execution of new projects and change requests by translating client needs into technical specifications and logic updates within JIRA.

• Architect Process Flows: Analyze complex master data and project requirements to create robust documentation including testing scenarios and process flow analysis.

• Optimize Global Operations: Proactively identify and execute process improvements and optimization tasks to enhance workflow efficiency and logic complexity.

• Collaborate Across Borders: Act as a key technical liaison between Deployment and Operations departments ensuring seamless project transitions and high-quality LIVE phase execution.

• Shape the Customer Journey: Manage direct communication with global clients participating in strategic calls to clarify project scopes and provide expert technical guidance.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Analytical Background: 1 years of experience in business analysis project management or a similar functional field.

• Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira Confluence) and exposure to SAP ERP or Transport Management Systems (TMS).

• Logistics Proficiency: Solid understanding of logistics environment data analysis and process flow.

• Communication: Fluency in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse distributed international teams.

• Adaptive Mindset: Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a detail-oriented and self-disciplined approach to remote work.
