WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC)was strategicallyestablished initially in 2016 in Warsaw Poland andsubsequentlyextended to Manila Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA APAC and NA. Within the ADC our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Theirexpertiseensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers.

We are now looking for aLead Business Consultant to work within our ADC Accounting & Operations team inSimCorpsPoland office.
As a Lead Consultant you will develop and carry out implementation plans in a clients environment. You will take part indeliveryofSimCorp Dimension Operations Modules including configuration testing documentation andgivingtrainings. You will act as a consultant for our customers and effectively handle coordinate and escalate issues as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Participate in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations including configuration testingdocumentingand training

• Document clients requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processesidentifyingprocess improvements and efficiencies where possible

• Design and deliver an overall solution set to meet client requirements modelling operational workflows around SimCorp Dimension

• Delivering and customizing standard configuration solutions as well as designing and delivering new configurations

• Assistthe client in development of overall test strategy and test plans and support the client in the execution of test cases troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise

• Provide configuration and end-user training allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension andoptimizeits usage

• Constantly expanding your knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients businessin order toensure that clients get theoptimalconfiguration and workflow

WHAT WE VALUE

• Degree/masters within Finance Economics Physics Math Science or Engineering

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector preferably in FinTech or IT Consulting company

• High level understanding of IT implementation project lifecycle

• High level understanding of requirements gathering sessions

• Experience with GAP analysis and new solution design

• Client-facing experience and ability to manage various stakeholders

• Skills in foreseeing client system requirements andassistingin the preparation of future tailored proposals

• Knowledge of financial instruments and products capitalmarketand investments topics

• Understanding of middle-/back office day-to-day processing workflows

• Detailed understanding of investments lifecycle topics: transaction processing reconciliation settlement SWIFT

• High levelof motivation creativity and inquisitiveness with a global perspective

• A focused approach coupled with enthusiasm and the ability to work under minimal supervision

• High-quality communication skills especially in virtual collaboration

• Fluency in English any other languages (German French Spanish Italian Nordics) would be an asset

• Technical IT knowledge and/or experience (e.g. SQL XML XSLT programming) would be anadditionalasset
