In a nutshell
As our new Junior Brand Marketeer youre the driving force behind our biggest marketing campaigns. As part of the marketing team you contribute to flight management - from strategy to flawless execution - ensuring that everything from creative assets to media planning comes together seamlessly. You oversee full-funnel media planning in collaboration with our media agency and activate campaigns across our brand channels. You like to manage the relationship with our external partners and stay ahead of industry trends to drive effective high-impact advertising.
What youll do
- Campaign Execution: Supporting and executing large 360 marketing flights across teams and international markets.
- Content Alignment: Working closely with creative marketing and other teams to ensure content supports campaign goals.
- Creative Development: Supporting the creation of compelling advertising campaigns and adapting creatives to suit each channel and medium.
- Campaign Setup: Setting up broad-reach campaigns (e.g. TV OLV CTV (D)OOH YouTube Meta Pinterest TikTok) independently and in collaboration with the media agency.
- Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Partner Management: Collaborating with external partners such as Google Meta TikTok and Pinterest to effectively reach target audiences and stay on top of marketing developments.
- Media Planning: Supporting the development of media plans in collaboration with the media agency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with the performance marketing team and international counterparts.
Were looking for
- A successfully completed Master Studies in the field of in marketing communications business data science mathematics or related
- 1 years of experience in (digital) marketing (ideally in a media agency)
- Deep understanding of the German media landscape
- Hands on experience in setting up and optimising campaigns using tools such as Google Ads Meta and TikTok
- Independent thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with agencies creative teams and other stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
