We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse creative and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.
JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a high school diploma or equivalent prior experience as a production clerk in a production environment with excellent computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Suite) and the ability to learn and apply information quickly. Familiarization with USPS regulations is preferred.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upload Mail-data files to Window Books upon receipt
- Transfer Mail-data files from Window Books to Postal One to initiate postal transactions
- Coordinate daily postal coverage and daily movements of origin mail from facility
- Create weekly report of anticipated mail volumes over the next 10 days (report created each Friday)
- Retrieve mailing statements from Postal One for the previous days mailings and deposit into a Server folder for associates to retrieve for Customer needs
- Maintain production floor presence to monitor daily mail flows and adherence to schedule.
- Coordinate movements of finished mail product to our 3rd party postal logistics partners (Farrington PSI international mail)
- Support Shipping as needed with order of MTE and other freight transactions
- Support the remote printing of trail tags and pallet flags for mailing
- Perform the job closing function in Hagen to begin the billing process
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- H.S. diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in mail production preferred.
- Must be team oriented - a team player willing to work for the good of the total team.Preferred Skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Suite) primarily in Excel and data management systems.
- Familiarization of USPS postal regulations preferred.
- Must be able to learn & apply information quickly
- Must be versatile and be able to shift quickly from one duty to another.
