Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities:
.Responsible for maintaining sourcing pipeline benchmarking data strategy presentations global budget and on-time metrics
Adhere to corporate and unit purchasing and accounting practices and procedures
Sourcing and Contracting Activities that include but not limited to:
o Sourcing event bid strategy & management
o Bid analytics
o Coordination and alignment of RFQ package components including Terms & Conditions SOR technical documentation
o Leadership sourcing recommendation / alignment
Management of sourcing documentation related to bid events in adherence to the GM Audit Services
Cooperate with legal to negotiate special contract terms
Daily supplier interface activities on all commercial items
Support commercial budget activities
Support logistics supplier management initiatives including Strategic Supplier Engagement
Nurture relationship with strategic suppliers by acting as a focal point for commercial issue resolution
Perform rate management activities including spot buys rate analysis and supplier requests
Participate in supplier KPI reviews
Key Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Procurement Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Advanced English
4 years Door Trim Experience
Ability to work in competitive environment
Proactiveness in leadership in their activities
Partner with Program Managers to represent purchasing and communicate program requirements/vehicle line overview.
