STA Operations Professional Seizures and Bankruptcy

Are you the one who brings order to complex cases and provides clarity to customers in uncertain times Within our Seizures and Bankruptcy department we are looking for someone who works carefully empathetically and decisively. You are the link between bailiffs trustees and our customers ensuring that every case is handled with precision and humanity.

About the circle
The Supercircle Daily Banking is part of the Area Daily Banking Operations within COO NL. This Supercircle handles customer requests and interactions for our Daily Banking clients in DBNL. Within Daily Banking Ops we process incoming customer requests and strive for excellent service within a seamlessly operating organisation.

What will you do

During the STA which lasts for one year with the possibility of extension or a permanent appointment you will be responsible for the entire process from start to finish of seizures and bankruptcies imposed on or declared for our customers. You assess requests from bailiffs and trustees and ensure that all administrative steps are completed fully correctly and on time. You also maintain contact with external parties to obtain complete information and answer customers telephone questions about the status of their case and next steps. You bring calm and clarity in complex situations see opportunities to further optimise processes and actively contribute to a careful customer experience even when the message is difficult.

• Knowledge of banking processes tools and service concepts
• Additionally you have:
• MBO/HBO working and thinking level
• WFT-Basis certificate
• Good command of Dutch and English both spoken and written
• Willingness to work until 18:00
