About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with 12 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a passion for sales and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and lead generation.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT services/solutions offered by the company.
Work closely with the technical team to prepare proposals quotations and project plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals.
Represent the company in client meetings demos and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
12 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in an IT services company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of IT services software solutions or digital products is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools.
Understanding of web development mobile apps cloud solutions or digital transformation services.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
