Youll start with a thorough induction - spending a week in the classroom before you step into a truck. And youll learn all the necessary practical skills from vehicle checks and safety at work to what good looks like. Then youll go out on the road with aTraining Support Driver to learn your route andget ready to go it a Multi-drop driver youll be picking stock from the back of your vehicle at each stop which keeps your day interesting and breaks the driving up. It keeps you fit too.
