Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated strategies for healthcare environment shaping and regional access aligned with Country Organization (CO) priorities.
Lead and mentor HSMs and RCAMs ensuring effective collaboration and performance management.
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management: idealization planning execution monitoring and closure at hospital & regional level.
Build and maintain relationships with key relevant stakeholders (healthcare providers payers and technology partners)
Ensure strategy & execution of local access conditions in alignment with national value & access strategy.
Identify and implement innovative solutions including digital tools and new partnership models.
Oversee pricing policy contributions tender coordination and compliance with Czech regulations.
Monitor KPIs prepare executive summaries and report progress to senior leadership.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant University degree
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement negotiation and influencing at senior levels
Fluent in English and Czech with outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities
