Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Partner with senior business leaders and Resource Solutions partners to design and execute the recruitment strategy for Enterprise Functions & DDIT.
- Translate talent needs and workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies leveraging market insights and data.
- Lead coach and develop a team of Recruitment Business Partners ensuring consistent high-quality hiring delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for Resource Solutions within Operations guiding hiring managers and jointly defining optimal recruiting strategies.
- Support Recruitment Business Partners with complex or high-impact hiring situations ensuring quality consistency and strong hiring manager experience.
- Uphold a high standard of candidate experience reflective of the Novartis employer brand.
Essential Requirements
- Proven leadership capability with experience inspiring guiding and developing global TA teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build proactive market-informed data-led talent attraction approaches.
- 8 years of recruitment experience gained in either agency or in-house TA environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience managing teams in a global context.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust influence senior stakeholders and effectively articulate the employer brand.
