We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to oversee our OSHC Service at Chapel Hill State School and its existing friendly workforce. Licensed for over 100 children per day this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.
About the role:
Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. Youll have the support of a state-specific office regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. This is a permanent full-time position structured in block shifts to support work-life balance.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program.
- Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
- Grow attendance to support children and families.

Who are we looking for
- Substantial experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Ideally minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Childrens Services) or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
- Current and valid Blue Card to work with children or state-required check.
- Clear and professional communication.

A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Childrens Services) or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field. as per ACECQA requirements for working with school-age children in OSHC.
