Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galesburg United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system
- Process cash transactions and handle payments securely
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with various tasks to support smooth store operations
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and various shifts as required
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required we provide training!
Additional Information :
We arguably have the most flexible schedule options of any company in the area. Full time or Part time positions are available.
We are hiring for ALL shifts
- Day Shift - 10am - 5pm
- Dinner Shift - 4/5pm - 9/10pm
- Closing Shift - 5/6pm - 1am
