Amazon Air is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills along with strong record of delivering results to support our team in building the next stage of the Amazon Air network in North America. The team is comprised of leaders with in-depth experience of the Amazon supply chain and/or commercial airline networks who are passionate about taking the Amazon Air network to the next level and enable increasingly faster deliver speeds on more selection at lower cost for Amazon customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead critical projects and planning cycles that power North America AIR operations to ensure AIR achieves its core mission of offering fast Prime shipments to customers
- Partner with internal AIR Product Managers and Research Scientists to refine planning technology tools and processes and drive the future tech roadmap for speed and revenue management
- Improve performance to plan by identifying measuring and managing key metrics related to Amazon Air. Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network.
- Pull and report data from numerous databases (using Excel Tableau SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
- Participate in long term planning and modeling sessions
- Travel up to 10%

- 5 years of supply chain experience
- 5 years of owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
- Masters degree or MBA in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
