We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi this key role you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizations goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in HR practices and a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices
- Lead talent acquisition efforts including recruitment interviewing and onboarding of new employees
- Manage employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee performance management processes including goal setting evaluations and development plans
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage HRIS and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters
- Stay current with changes in labor laws and regulations updating internal policies as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles
- Advanced knowledge of HR practices including talent acquisition employee relations and performance management
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
