Job Summary

The Content Manager is responsible for:

  • Designing structuring and updating training and documentation content related to our software.
  • Playing a key role in transferring knowledge to both internal and external users ensuring the quality clarity and consistency of all materials.
  • Managing a team of two documentation specialists.
  • Reporting to the Product Expertise team.
  • Overseeing the management of Product reference materials.

Documentation

  • Write and maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation for the software.
  • Organize content in an accessible and intuitive documentation database.
  • Ensure consistency between product updates and associated documents.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to gather necessary information.

Training

  • Update and evolve the training catalog based on new features/offers of the Amplitude product in line with market launches.
  • Define the e-learning strategy including roadmap management and the associated business plan.
  • Assist teams in designing and structuring training paths (e-learning in-person video tutorials etc.).
  • Collaborate with business and technical experts to identify training needs.
  • Implement tools to monitor and manage the design/maintenance of content taking into account feedback from learners.

Tools and Accessibility

  • Ensure that educational materials are accessible and organized around a knowledge base.
  • Integrate content into AI technologies and participate in related initiatives.

Reference Materials

  • Inventory and document all reference materials (functional and configuration) and define or update the update procedure (including RACI frequency and tools).
  • Ensure reference materials are updated and consistent according to the defined procedure aligned with Product releases (mappings configuration references).
  • Evaluate the relevance of tools used for maintaining reference materials and propose improvements as needed.

Qualifications :

Key Skills

  • Strong organizational skills autonomy rigor and collaborative spirit.
  • Proven experience in team/project management.
  • Ability to simplify technical topics for various audiences.
  • Confirmed experience in writing educational and/or technical content.
  • Excellent writing skills in French (and in English if necessary).

Additional Assets

  • Good knowledge of banking processes: account management loans payments risk compliance reporting.
  • Familiarity with the Amplitude product catalog.
  • Proficiency with content management tools (LMS CMS collaborative tools).
