Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for Physical Asset Verification including physical track and trace.
Experience and knowledge of IT & Non-IT Assets management
Planning & scheduling the Physical Asset Verification activity.
Planning & deploying the required workforce for physical asset verification
Publishing the daily Physical Asset Verification Status: Planned Vs Actual. Live discrepancy Report: Fixed Asset Register Vs Physical Verification data
Responsible for Reconciliation of Asset verification data with Verified/Not Found assets.
Responsible for Periodic reporting on asset Verification results to Management
Close Co-ordination with internal & external Stake Holders Responsible for any Internal / External audits on Asset Verification process/activity.
System development and Process Improvement for the above areas
Automation digitization of Asset Management Asset Verification & Movement process
Creating policies guidelines Standard operating procedures for management of IT and Non-IT assets including Customer Supplied Materials.
Responsible for the analysis of complex problem cases as well as develop actions or recommendations to assure sustainable elimination and avoidance.
Appreciation of technology and ability to visualize and execute end to end application of technology keeping user experience at forefront.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Any Degree
Experience : 3-5yrs min
Mandatory/requires Skills : Physical Asset verification on IT/NONIT Assets
Preferred Skills : Knowledge with PAV and expert in current technology which can be added advantage for handling this profile
