Job Summary
Salomon is accelerating its retail expansion with ambitious plans. We are looking for an International Retail Development Director W/M to lead and execute this growth across key markets in Europe.
The key areas of the role will focus on:
- Driving and executing store opening timelines to meet targets.
- Scouting and evaluating new locations in Europe in collaboration with real estate agencies ensuring alignment with Salomons retail playbook and long-term strategy.
- Present plans to executive leadership teams.
- Manage the full development cycle from lease negotiation and legal coordination to construction oversight and handover to the retail operations team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Legal HR Retail Operations to ensure seamless store launches.
- Lead a construction and real estate team.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Experience
- 510 years experience in international retail development real estate and store construction.
- Proven track record of cross-border store openings.
- Strong financial acumen and CAPEX management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills comfortable engaging with senior executives as well as contractors.
