What we expect of you day to day:
- Lead the development and execution of Visas B2B commercial strategy in Belgium and Luxembourg in alignment with regional and European roadmaps.
- Build and manage relationships with issuers fintechs and strategic partners in the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.
- Use your local market knowledge to identify opportunities and adapt Visas commercial solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including account executives business development teams and product teams to drive adoption of Visas commercial payment products.
- Manage the local sales pipeline ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Serve as a local ambassador for Visa Commercial Solutions by representing the brand in client meetings industry events and internal forums.
- Educate and support internal teams on commercial products and market specific opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
The Senior Sales Manager Visa Commercial Solutions BeLux will be responsible for driving Visas commercial business across Belgium and Luxembourg with a strong focus on local market dynamics client engagement and business development. This role requires autonomy strong sales experience in the region and fluency in Flemish or Dutch and French. A solid understanding of commercial cards is also desirable.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or partnership roles specifically in Belgium and or Luxembourg with a demonstrated ability to handle the complete sales cycle.
- Strong commercial DNA with a proactive approach to pipeline generation and strategic account development.
- Strong understanding of the Belgian and Luxembourg financial services landscape including local payment trends and regulatory context.
- Autonomous proactive and results driven mindset.
- Fluent in French and English. Flemish is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of commercial cards and their role in B2B payments is a plus.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross functional teams.
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel within Belgium Luxembourg and Paris occasionally to London.
