Essential Job Functions
- Design and develop instructional materials for in-person virtual and self-paced learning formats (e.g. eLearning videos job aids workshops)
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutions
- Apply adult learning principles instructional design models (ADDIE SAM) and learning technologies to create engaging content
- Develop storyboards scripts and prototypes using tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 3 Years experience
- Graphic design or video editing experience
- Familiarity with agile development or rapid prototyping; tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar
