Job Summary

- Perform on-site water fire and mold assessments following company guidelines and insurance SLAs
- Conduct demolition (drywall removal flooring removal cabinets baseboards etc.)
- Complete detailed moisture mapping daily readings and Encircle documentation
- Set up and monitor mitigation equipment (air movers dehumidifiers etc.)
- Communicate job scope clearly to customers and team members
- Assist in running jobs independently when required
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Follow all IICRC safety and PuroClean standards
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with restoration or construction/demolition required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in PPE
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Professional reliable and strong work ethic
- $23$25 per hour depending on experience
