This is a position in the Cash COE for Gas Power leading Standard Work & Process Improvement. More specifically the Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader is responsible for driving consistent reporting analytics & artifacts to enable efficient operational outcomes of billing collections past dues POT % & disbursements. The Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader will partner across the Cash COE & in conjunction with senior operating leaders to produce maintain & enhance daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly datasets & visuals for action. This is a senior level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience independent in problem solving and decision making.
Job Description
Drive standard work for Billing Collections Past Dues POT % disbursements to enable effective daily management from an FP&A standpoint (standardize the support to the Operating teams).
Provides data driven provocative analytics to challenge pacing estimates and targets with operational drivers
Continuous improvement mindset to driven incremental improvements & efficiencies in reporting
Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements risk and/or complexity.
Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others options on particular topics. Guide others to consider a different point of view.
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college in Accounting Finance or relevant discipline
- Significant experience of finance accounting or audit
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Good track record of working in cross-functional team and ability to deliver financial results
- Solid communication and analysis skills; change agent

The salary range for this position is 95.300 - 158.700 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work addition this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
