YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

This position reports directly to the Global Civil/StructuralEngineering Manager
Work alongside experienced Civil/Structural design engineers to prepare engineering deliverables in accordance with Company Management System current legislation project requirements and international standards.
Implement assigned engineering work within the budget and project timescale.
Maintain knowledge of the latest standards legislation products and practices relating to the relevant engineering discipline to reinforce professional competency

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

Must have completed yourBachelors or MastersDegree in Civilor Structural Engineering
Good problem definition and problem-solving skills.
Good technical and non-technical communication skills both written and oral.
Good command of MS Office applications.
Familiarity with industry standard civil/structuralsoftwaretools (e.g. Navisworks STAAD Pro AutoCAD etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work as part of a group and on individual tasks within a larger team.
Legally authorized to work in the UKwithout sponsorship.

Preferred

Previous internships orwork experience in civil/structural engineering operations or other technical role.
Previous experience in a petrochemical design engineering environment
Knowledge of site construction or steelwork fabrication is a plus
