The Role
- The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be a key member of DCAs Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to the CEO.
- Direct Line management x 2 Indirect 5
- Remuneration: 140000 Per annum (Plus bonus & Options Package)
- Work location: London office based (up to 2 days WFH)

RequirementsKey Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & New Revenue Leadership
- Define own and execute DCAs integrated growth strategy across new and existing markets including private medical insurance and other channel partners B2B and B2C channels aligned with enterprise goals.
- Drive new business by securing strategic partnerships alliances and revenue streams (direct intermediary platform insurer provider)
- Lead commercial planning and ensure all propositions are financially sustainable scalable and competitively positioned. Guide contract structures and negotiations that maximize value creation for both DCA and clients.
- Support the Chief Customer Officer in expanding revenue opportunities with existing corporate clients and partners through creating a clear product sales story.
Executive Leadership Team Responsibilities
- Primary Executive Leadership of the Sales function ensuring targets and performance align with the companys commercial objectives and the Sales Director is taking accountability for the development and execution of the business development strategy.
- Primary Executive Leadership of the Marketing function ensuring performance aligns with the companys commercial objectives and the Marketing Director is taking accountability for the development and execution of the Go-to-Market strategy.
- Partner with Product and Technology leaders to align the customer experience with market needs ensuring propositions are effectively marketed and commercialized.
- Represent DCA externally with credibility at Board investor and C-suite level positioning the organisation as a market leader.
Candidate Profile
- Proven Growth Leader: 10 years in senior commercial leadership (sales marketing business development) within digital health technology or other high-growth service sectors.
- Track Record of Results: Demonstrable success in delivering scalable revenue growth and building new propositions across channel partner B2B and B2C markets.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to innovate execute and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Influential Executive Presence: Skilled in stakeholder management with the gravitas to engage at Board investor and C-suite levels.
- Entrepreneurial & Resilient: Thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and brings a hands-on execution-driven mindset.
