Contract Duration: 24 Weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:30 AM 4:30 PM Day Shift
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Onsite Requirement: 100% Onsite

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicianfor an exciting job in Ashburn VA.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 or 2:1 behavioral intervention for students with high-support needs
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect track and document data on behaviors and skill acquisition
Support classroom activities and assist with functional and daily routines
Utilize de-escalation strategies to maintain a safe environment
Communicate student progress and challenges with instructional and clinical teams
Attend required trainings and maintain all RBT competency standards

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with individuals with Autism or behavioral needs in school or clinical settings
Ability to follow structured behavior plans with consistency and fidelity
Strong communication skills and crisis-prevention abilities
Ability to remain calm patient and safety-focused in high-demand situations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a high-school autism or intensive needs program
ABA-related coursework or college credits in psychology special education or a related field
CPI Safety-Care or other crisis-prevention certification
