Things that work for us:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
A minimum of 2 years in an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse capacity ideally in an acute hospital setting
Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and knowledge
Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
