Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for technical and analytics roles across our India teams. The ideal candidate should bring strong sourcing capabilities a deep understanding of the tech and analytics talent landscape and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and analytics positions (e.g. Data Analysts Data Engineers Product/Tech roles).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements create job descriptions and align on hiring strategies.
- Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter job portals referrals events and talent communities.
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes schedule discussions and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Lead campus hiring initiatives end-to-end including planning engagement activities coordinating pre-placement talks managing assessments/interviews and building relationships with key institutes.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide regular hiring updates insights and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen the companys presence in the tech and analytics talent market.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring best practices throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Experience- 56 years of hands-on recruiting experience in India with strong exposure to technical and analytics hiring.
- Proven ability to source niche and senior technical talent in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within tight timelines.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data/metrics to drive hiring decisions.
- High level of ownership accountability and professionalism.
Required Qualifications- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a tech analytics consulting or startup environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack Zoom etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
