Overview : We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead and execute strategic hiring initiatives for our Battery Business. This role is focused on ensuring we attract evaluate and hire qualified candidates with a special emphasis on workforce planning employer branding and a strong candidate experience.

End-to-End Recruitment
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure a professional transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact to
offer acceptance.
Support employer branding initiatives that highlight the companys manufacturing culture
growth opportunities safety performance and employee value proposition.
Compliance & HR Collaboration
Work closely with HR operations and site leadership to support onboarding orientation and
retention strategies for manufacturing talent.
Team Leadership
Coach and mentor recruiters and talent acquisition specialists supporting Battery business.
Train hiring managers on best practices for interviewing assessment and candidate selection
