Whats the job
Your role as a Sales Lead is to support the Sales Team Manager to create a truly inclusive high performing team across Showroom and Tradepoint. Its B&Qs ambition to make every customer count so you will support the day-to day activities that will enable the team to exceed sales targets through ensuring a fantastic end to end customer this role you will:
- Support the day-to-day activities that will enable the team to exceed sales targets.
- Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to make every customer count throughout your shift.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and colleague escalations in Showrooms TradePoint.
- Support the Sales Team Manager with collation of analytical data to make informed decisions.
What we need:
Our sales leads are key to running our business through our Showroom and Tradepoint sales this role were looking for the following qualities:
- Role model customer service and enjoy customer interactions.
- Comfortable with IT systems and applications.
- Like to analyse data and can see the important information to communicate.
- Love to problem solve the trickier the better.
- Well planned and organised with the ability to prioritise and think on your feet.
