Why Your Role Matters:
As the Data Quality Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of the organisations data. By analysing data designing and maintaining dashboards investigating anomalies and identifying trends and inconsistencies you will play a critical role in detecting data issues and implementing corrective measures to strengthen data quality.
You will also coordinate and support Data Quality initiatives and projects helping to drive and embed sustainable improvements to data quality across People & Culture and the wider organisation. You will work with data stewards across P&C HR Solutions UPP and other stakeholders to promote best practices and maintain high data quality that supports informed decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of People Data and Insights this role has no direct reports but holds significant influence in strengthening data governance and quality across UNSW.
