Job Summary

The job

We are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a leading global provider in Lisbon Portugal. You will be part of a team ensuring a competent and friendly customer service
experience over the phone and via e-mail.

The activities


Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers and solutions;
Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns;
Point of contact for external sellers;
Provide information about digital products;
Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments.

Working hours

40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00.

Rotating shifts

You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break.

Holidays

Since you sign a Portuguese employment contract Portuguese public holidays apply. If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday you will get a compensation day that you can spend later under consent of the project. Your holiday entitlement refers to Portuguese law with 22 days per year.

Holiday and Christmas bonuses

In Portugal you obtain Holiday and Christmas bonuses. The amount of each bonus payment is equal to your base salary. The allowances will be split and paid as a monthly percentage on top of your base salary.

Contract details

Signature of a Selection Agreement to manage the last phase of Recruitment.
If at the end of the recruitment you are selected you will sign an Employment Uncertain Term with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
Employment beyond 2 years will be under a Permanent employment relationship.

Salary (without apartment): 1360
Salary (with apartment): 1100
