Job Summary
Role Summary:
AsaProject Manager working in the International Organisations(IOH)StrategicExecutionand Portfolio Teamyou willplay awill play a key role inthe deliveryof keyBusinessstrategic initiativesas well as supportingthe delivery of the broaderIOTransformationPortfolio.
The role will involve building successful relationships across Business and ITto advocate communicate prioritisedefineanddeliver change.
The successful candidate will be anindividualwho is methodical inquisitive and has a passion for delivering strategic and transformational change across global organizations.
Responsibilities(including but not restricted to):
- Lead the deliveryofIO Projects- Leading/co-ordinating small-medium projects in support of the overall IOStrategicTransformation /Change portfolio. This includes but is not restricted t o Commercial Operations Finance and Regulatory initiatives
- Lead/Participatein delivery ofCross-Portfolio(Multi Book of Business)initiatives
- Portfolio Support Support the Portfolio Leaderand Senior Project Manageron a range of Governance tasks that ensure the efficient running / management of the IO Portfolio
- Facilitationof key forums Leadkeyregularcheckpoints. Collaborating with theBusiness and It colleaguesto ensure alignment onIO priorities
- Monthly IOHSLT(Senior Leadership Team)Portfolio callpreparationContentcreationeventco-ordinationand trackingof actiondelivery.
Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery models
- Experience working with IHDS teams as well as Commercial and Legal and Regulatory functions
- Experience partnering with IT teams onBAU /Strategicdeliverables
- Experience of working in or close partnering with IOH Organisation preferred
- Focused andhighlyorganised withtheability to work to tight timelinesand evolvingpriorities.
- Experience working within aPMO governance frameworkeither in Cigna or another organisation would bebeneficial.
- Ability to communicate at all levelsparticularly withSenior Executive/Senior Managersandcomfortable with liaising/ providinginformation to a diverse stakeholdergroup.
- Strong facilitation skills comfortable withhosting andreaching out to adiverse stakeholder groupsand able todemonstrateleadership togenerateinputs/contributions.
- Ability to deliverwell-structured communicationthrough delivery of presentationsand other tailored content.
- Good Business Acumenwith the ability to connect the dots between stakeholders and content ensuring the delivery of the right businessoutcomes.
- Able to work independently or as part of ateam including working remotely from other teams with limited supervision (and infrequent day-day contact)
- Data driven and passionate about driving improvements to the way we work including the adoption of new Enterprise technologies
- Experience and competence withAdvanced Microsoft applications ExcelPowerPointOutlook
