Summary
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead performance analysis drive operational efficiencies and strengthen business processes across the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented data-driven professional who excels in process optimization system effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor analyze and interpret performance data to identify process improvements that enhance business outcomes
* Utilize databases management information systems and reporting tools to extract compile and interpret performance metrics
* Partner with internal teams to support performance improvement plans corrective action initiatives and system enhancements
* Develop tools for tracking performance monitoring outcomes and supporting organizational objectives
* Interpret policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business requirements and improvement initiatives
* Manage system and database integrity including reviewing and processing changes deletions and customer information requests
* Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities
* Knowledge of workforce development economic development business intelligence evolving industry trends and project management practices
* Strong understanding of management techniques including planning strategy development implementation and outcome measurement
* Experience working in a performance-based environment within the public or private sector with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
* Proficiency in word processing applications spreadsheets and general computer and technology tools
* Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving critical thinking organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
* Ability to use statistical methods to analyze and interpret complex data sets
* Ability to identify and resolve deficiencies in large sophisticated databases

Education and Experience
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study
* Five years of related experience with supervisory experience preferred
* Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
* Valid drivers license and active auto insurance

Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to ten pounds occasionally
* Ability to stand sit walk bend and perform routine office activities
* Visual acuity clear speech and hearing required
* Primarily office-based role with occasional travel
* Flexible scheduling may be required
