We are seeking anF&I Manager that ispassionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. Compensation: $150000 - $200000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensivemenu selling process to maximize the finance departments overallprofitability and product penetration
- Review and inspect the flow of thedepartments paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines
- Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
- Be an example of professional morals ethics and excellent customer service
- Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
- Set and maintain finance department work schedule
- Track portfolio with lenders
Qualifications:
- Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Prior work experience in a retail automotive finance and leasing (General Motors is a plus)
- Strong desire to set and achieve goals
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Average to advanced computer skills
- Valid in-state drivers license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
