Location

Job Description

• Represent clients in immigration criminal defense traffic and occasionally family law and personal injury cases.
• Handle daily court appearances (often virtual) and manage a varied caseload.
• Conduct client intakes consultations and maintain open communication throughout the case.
• Review and manage discovery case files and related documentation.
• Draft and file legal complaints and obtain necessary records such as medical documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case handling.
• Participate in training and development programs to advance your legal expertise.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in New Jersey (relocation assistance available)
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong organizational and communication skills
