Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about financial products and services offered by the company
- Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the database
- Meet and exceed performance targets in terms of call quality customer satisfaction and productivity
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center position. Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
