Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect responsible for defining governing and optimizing the overall platform architecture. The architect will ensure solution scalability performance and adherence to best practices while guiding technical teams and supporting customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and govern the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture
- Ensure scalability performance security and platform best practices
- Approve solution designs blueprints and technical strategies
- Lead technical governance including architecture reviews and change control boards
- Mentor consultants and validate technical deliverables
- Conduct workshops and walkthroughs with customer IT and non-IT stakeholders
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Multiple Implementation Specialist certifications (e.g. ITSM ITOM CSM SPM)
- ITIL v4 certification (advantage)
