Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating inventory records including but not limited to customers inventory companys consumables and assets.
- Set up process and conduct cycle countand stock count for all clients stock in warehouse at the predetermined frequency.
- Keep a recorddiscrepancies between physical counts and systemrecords.
- Investigate the root cause for inventory discrepancy implement corrective action to prevent future stock loss.
- Developing or improving inventory management procedures.
- Optimise pallet bays and pick faces on a monthly basis based on system data.
- Ensure replenishment is done on time to prevent low productivity for outbound team.
- Effectively manage stock level to ensure there is no critical items that are out of stock (more relevant to companys consumables and assets).
- Assist team members with day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degreewith 1 year experience
- Have experience with Inventory/Warehouse management
- Multi-tasking careful attention to details strong integrity sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
- Preferably specializing in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong in leadership skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Required language(s): English and Malay
