What You Will Do

From procuring the latest software to managing vendor relationships our dynamic team ensures our technology assets are always in peak performance. Youll go beyond the basics by analyzing and consolidating data monitoring license usage patterns and optimizing software deployment. Additionally you will participate in proactive audits and research on innovative license types to ensure were always prepared for the future.

• Implementation / Execution: You are good at multitasking organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools

• Initiative. You have the ability to work independently and take the initiative to take on and solve problems with minimal supervision

• Problem Solving: Different licensing models often require determining the most effective way to implement solutions. You act as both a broker and a consultant regarding customer and vendor resources

• Innovate: You introduce new ideas models processes and procedures which improve the operation of licensing services. You are always looking for new ways to help Trimble economize and optimize license usage.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent job experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience

• Conceptual knowledge of software licensing models

• Experience in and extensive knowledge of the software procurement and delivery process

• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel Google Sheets) used to coordinate and combine large data sets into actionable results

• Experience interpreting EULAs and licensing terms and conditions.

• Experience with Microsoft Licensing: EA SCE MPSE and SPLA is a plus
