About the Role:

Were looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our this role youll assist customers with product inquiries troubleshooting and general supportensuring a positive and efficient service experience.

What We Offer:

Gross Salary: 1100.00
Salary Progression:
- After 3 years: 1150.00
(Increase effective from the first available payroll cycle after the completion of the timeframe)
Productivity Bonus:
- Up to 10% of your gross salary based on performance
- Up to 300.00 subject to target achievement
Training: From home
Work Model: Fully remote

Flight ticket (inside the EU)
2 weeks hotel accommodation
Airport pickup upon arrival
Real estate agency fee covered

If relocating Work-from-Home location is Athens

Requirements:

Native or fluent Italian (C1) and good English skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
