Provide excellent support to Czech-speaking customers via chat email and phone.

What Were Looking For:

Native or fluent Czech speaker with strong communication skills.
A customer-focused mindset and solid problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
