BDC Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone email and online platforms
- Manage organize and prioritize leads for consistent and timely follow-up
- Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and interests
- Provide clear information on vehicles services and current promotions
- Effectively highlight key Subaru features benefits and value propositions
- Stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and market insights
- Collaborate closely with the BDC team Sales Team and other departments
- Maintain accurate thorough records in the CRM system
- Perform additional duties as assigned
BDC Sales Representative Requirements:
- Sales or business knowledge is a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service preferably in an automotive or BDC environment
- Strong instincts for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
- Previous phone or virtual sales experience is an asset
- Proficiency with CRM systems and related sales software
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Motivated by meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Adaptability to evolving processes tools and technologies
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
