The Opportunity
As Postman continues to expand its enterprise footprint in India we are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on large complex enterprise is a net-new leadership role created to define and scale Postmans enterprise sales motion in India. The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling technical SaaS platforms into large enterprises strong people leadership and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying environments.
This role is critical to translating Postmans strong bottom-up developer adoption into top-down strategic enterprise partnerships.
What Youll Do
- Lead and scale a team ofEnterprise Account Executives selling into large strategic enterprise account.
- Drive disciplined execution ofcomplex long-cycle enterprise deals involving security legal procurement platform teams and executive stakeholders
- Establish strongdeal inspection forecasting and pipeline rigor aligned with enterprise sales best practices
- Own and consistently exceedenterprise revenue targets for the regionDrive new logo acquisition and large-scale expansions within existing enterprise accounts
- Guide Enterprise AEs in buildingaccount-centric strategies focused on multi-year value creation
- Coach teams to articulate Postmans value beyond features includingdeveloper productivity security governance compliance and AI-driven workflows
- Help customers understand Postman as astrategic platform not just a developer tool
- Partner closely withSolutions Engineering Customer Success Product and Legal to execute enterprise deals successfully
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer needs across onboarding security reviews and commercial negotiations
- Build a culture ofownership accountability and continuous improvement
- Set the standard for enterprise selling excellence in India
About You
- 8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales including people management of Enterprise AEs
- Proven track record of closing and scaling large complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling technical platforms (developer tools infrastructure cloud data security or AI-adjacent products)
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes including security compliance legal and procurement
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC Miller Heiman Sandler etc.)
- Experience with consumption-based and platform sales models
- Strong coaching and deal-strategy capabilities
- Ability to engage credibly with senior technical leaders and C-suite executives
- Excellent communication judgment and executive presence
- Builder mentality - comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling something early
- Customer-first and empathetic leadership style
- Passion for developing people and building long-term enterprise relationships
